Ron: I had the same problem recetly, and here's the response I received from Sherry:
You need to uninstall Legacy and then with Windows Explorer, go to the hard drive and completely delete the c:\Legacy folder. Then, when you download Legacy again, rename the Legacy5Setup.exe file to LegacyNew.exe (case sensitive) and you'll be given the option where to direct the update..
