The best way to archive these "retired" files is to do a backup of
each  and then save the backup to CD or whatever.  In the backup
process,  Legacy consolidates all those different files for you. 
Should you ever want  to use the retired file again, copy it to your
hard drive and do a File,  Restore in Legacy.
