Using Alt + 0160 creates a "hard space", as others have suggested. If you have a lot of these names, you might consider adding that "hard space" to your special character ribbon. I've done this because I have a lot of French Canadian names that begin with Marie or Joseph followed by another name that they used on a day-to-day basis.
