Second, it seems that the name of this event has been cut off at the end. Can you tell by the nature of the data accompanying this event (if there is any) what that word might be? I think I would have the dictionary open to all words beginning with *intere* searching for something that might make sense. If I am understanding you correctly, the @Sub1@ appears in the event Place field, and you are moving it from the Place field to the Description field. Is that right? If that is so, is there any particular reason why you decided to do that? You're right. It can do no harm, especially if you do them all that way. Then if you ever discover what the event called "Ancestor entere" was and Sub1 in the GEDCOM referred to, it would be a relatively simple matter to find them all so you could change them back to whatever it was meant to be. -- Alice

the field for date. And everyone came from a gedcom imported I also have
counted the ones that I moved slowly as I came across them, one by one it
seems there were more than 1100 imported which means that I have moved quite

will just keep moving them as I find them and not delete them. What could it
