Oops! Not sure what happened here, but the first part of my message seems to have vanished. What I intended to say was that I hadn't looked at the Event Report before, but thanks to Dennis's tip off I can see that it would be a very useful report.

looked at it before. It might take Ann a while to work through, but she wouldn't have to print the report out for each event - just preview it on the screen and note down the names of those where it doesn't read correctly.

Don't forget the Event Report. You can select one event type at a time and see
how the wording looks without having to look at every individual.
