Ah yes!  I had seen the "events to print" option and had selected a specific 
event when I first tried this - but Kay mentioned an "include" tab so I 
thought I must have been missing something else.  Didn't put two and two 
together is all!  Silly me!

Jan, I think Kay is referring to the "include" tab at the very top of the 
Event Report box.  Where it says "Events to Print" you can click "Only 
this event:" and then use the drop down box to select a specific event. 
This is handy because the report takes a while to run (using my database) 
and I have so many census events that it's nice to not have to run through 
all of them to see other events.
