Bill, Appears you are going at this in the wrong way. What you need to 
do is enter your event data normally and then type [notes] in the 
sentence override field.

Has any one else found the limited amount of character in the event 
box.  I have overriden the event box and have found a limiting amount 
of chartacter up to abt. 100.  I need about 25 motre characters to 
complete my thought.
