I've also had the odd Error 91 - but not for a long time - perhaps not
since I've had XP.
Note it is one of the errors listed on
http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Help.asp
that seems to be associated with the need to update the MDAC and Jet Engine.

I have also gotten this error (not very often), but I have never been able to
reproduce it on demand.
