I just found one of the problems in Legacy's output, in part thanks to Ron
Ferguson's noticing a tag <color="FFFFFF">, advising that should have been
written <color="#FFFFFF">.
That didn't seem a big deal until today when looking for something which had
suddenly caused the entire body to go wildly out of position.
I soon found <body BGCOLOR="FFFFFF" >, which from my limited savvy I've
always seen written simply <body>. Changing that one tag to just <body>
immediately moved everything back to it's normal place
Since it's is definite that Legacy wrote that bad tag, certainly that is one
of numerous fixes which need to go to the programmers.
