I see now that the short location names comes out OK on the actual
report (or the ones I have just looked at) but on the Edit Event page it
shows the place in full. Also a name shows in full, such as Frederick,
but on the actual report show Fred, or the name in inverted commas. Is
this the way it should be? I find that quite confusing because at this
stage I am not printing out many reports so don't go and look at them
often. I look mostly at the 'Event' page.
