I just got a response from Google...they removed all my cached pages and the ones that were in there right now....and did a new index and it worked. No private individuals are showing now. Something worked. Maybe the robot.txt or meta tags.
Thanks for all your help. I didn't really want to privatize everyone in my Legacy file who was living as that would mean I couldn't share it with others in reports, etc. They were quick to reply....and they must be busy people so I was surprised it took them only one day to act on it. Not like most other search engines.
