event.

Second:  Dennis--Here is an example--

Sentence override:  John worked at the US Patent Office while in law school
in Washington.  He was a patent attorney for Allis-Chalmers from 1912 until
his death.  He was their general patent attorney from 1944.
Event:   Occupation
Description:  Patent Attorney
Date:   1906 to 1946
Place:  Washington, D.C., Milwaukee, Wisconsin

No note was appended to this event.  Onscreen, the output shows the four
event details, plus the Sentence Override;  in the descendants narrative
report it comes out: Occupation: Patent attorney, 1906-1946, Washington,
D.C., Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  [No Sentence Override]

Following is an example where I used both an override and [Notes]
Sentence override:  After her mother remarried, in 1896, Bessie lived in
Fort Smith, Arkansas, with her mother and stepfather, . . .. [Notes]
Event:   Resided
Description:
Date:  1896-1900
Place:  Fort Smith, Arkansas
Notes: She remembered a severe tornado, Indians who came to town to beg or
barter, and that her stepfather, a newspaper linotype operator, had passes
for hangings, but her mother wouldn't let her go.

Onscreen output:   After her mother remarried, in 1896, Bessie lived in Fort
Smith, Arkansas, with her mother and stepfather, . . .. She remembered a
