Robert,

Since I haven't been able to figure out how to create this report either,
this is how I manage my Master Location list:

When you are in the list, highlight the entry and the Short Name will appear
near the bottom of the window. You do not have to open it for editing for
the short name to appear. You can quickly (ha, I have lots of locations and
I bet you do also, so maybe not so quickly) scroll up or down using the
arrow keys to run through and compare them manually. Fix any that need to be
fixed. Then when you are entering new locations make sure that you always
enter a Short Name to prevent from having to do this again.

A report would be nice, would be so much nicer, wouldn't it?

Dean
