IMHO, the best way to do this is, go to the MASTER LOCATION LIST. Type all in the standard way. Make your short location the way you really want it. This way, you can have all printing use short. Then go to sort, and use the arrows to put the places in the order you like. Until you change it, the sort remains the same. Rich in LA CA
