When you think about it there really isn't a problem.  The coded fields are
used to set up the main (leading)sentence for the event - which will be the
same for each person for whom the event is used.  Anything additional can
easily be added in the Notes section - and surely the exact content of the
notes will be different for each person.  So it is just as easy to type
"Mary only completed the third grade due to severe illness." as it is to
type "[HeShe] only completed third grade due to illness."

Just my tuppence ha'penny worth!

But having the capability to use two sentences like Paula originally
tried to do would allow for more variety in the structure of reports
thereby making for more interesting reading.
