Thank you so much for your prompt response. It looks like I'm stuck with it as I'm very reluctant to reset my Family Group Report options and/or mess around with my printer. Also it says the number of pages is relevant. Would you believe I have nearly 2000 pages. Thanks anyway for directing me to the instructions. Regards Patricia
