Chap,
When you have such problems with any software,
shut everything down, including the pc. Let the
pc sit for 2 minutes before turning it back on.
Then bring up only Legacy and see if you still
have the problem.
If the problem has disappeared, then you know
that some other program was badly interacting
with Legacy. Maybe Windows had been up too
long and needed a rest. Maybe you had too
many programs up for too long. Maybe, maybe...
If the problem is still there, do as Sherry
suggests below AFTER backing up to
separate media (CD, memory stick, Gmail).
IMHO,

Chap,
Uninstall Legacy then go to the Legacy folder on your hard drive. Delete all
the files that have the extension of .usr and reinstall Legacy, making sure
that all other programs are shut down and your anti-virus software is
disabled. You'll need to reset your settings after you reinstall.
Thanks for using Legacy.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Report Button Crashes Legacy 5.
Using the latest Legacy 5 release, 12 Jun 05, Version is: 5.0.0.247,
When I hit the Report button at top of family screen to go to the report
menu, Legacy freezes. I have to do an Alt-Ctrl-Del to to get out of Legacy.
I am using Windows XP with SP2.
Has anyone seen this problem?
Is there a fix?
Chap
