But that is only for one family....I don't know which ones are out of order
so I would have to look at every single family in my tree. With this
potential problem feature I can get a list of the families that have
children out of order and go right to them. Would be nice if there was a
feature to mass sort the children on entry. But that is wishful thinking.

In Family View right click on the numbers at the side of the children's 
names then click Children's Settings and then sort on the right hand side.
