You might want to try the using the Legacy Assistant.
When you press the Add source button select Interview in the
Source Type box in the upper right.
Then press the Assistant button in the middle group of buttons on
the right.
Legacy will then ask you for some information and will supposedly
format the citation for you.
I've never tried it but I am also not an expert on citing sources
either.
