I was trying to create a "Basic" GEDCOM to send to someone. Normally I don't
use "Basic".

At the very least I think the marriage events shouldn't be exported. The CAUS
tag appears to be subordinate to the DEAT tag, so I could understand an
argument for exporting it. I was surprised to find prefix and suffix not
exported. I guess I thought they would be considered part of the name.
