You can export one or more of your trees by the use of tagging.

Go to View > Tree Finder > click Refresh. Select an unused Tag
number. Now select/highlight one of the trees you wish to export,
and click on Tag the Entire Tree. Repeat this for any other trees
you want in the same exported file. Now go to the File > Export menu
and export all records with an individual tag of: your chosen tag
number.

Note: it is very important to *always* Refresh the Tree Finder as it
does not update itself automatically since you last used it and could
be missing some newly-added or edited individuals.
