Hi Sonda, Welcome to using Legacy. Yes you can reset the printing defaults for the sources globally. See Options > Customise - Sources Tab check the checkboxes as required and click Reset for each option.
Sorry, can't tell you about whether you can do this on import - I suspect if the Options are already set the way you want on the Sources Tab in Customise that sources will be imported that way - but I haven't tested that.
