Wasn't the Generations software program purchased by Family Tree Maker? In
which case, they probably wouldn't want to sell the code to Legacy.

I completely agree with you Jack. The best charts I have made were
done by Reunion. Since the program is "dead" I wondered why no one
bought parts of the software.... Recently I bougth "Legacy Charting
Companion", to me a waste of money, and with bugs...

This discussion goes on and on. I use Tree Draw Legacy and find it OK, but
a
pain. There are many places (OfficeCopy, etc) that will print in B/W. For
color go to a blueprint company (take your wallet). Or use on-line
services.
As a past user of Reunion that became Generations (for Windows), I found
its
charting great. Why doesn't Legecy buy the code (Sierra ?) and incorporate
into Legacy? Would I pay more for such a package - you bet. Legecy is the
best value I have seen.
