There is no program out there which will import those individuals/events
from TMG's Witness feature. GedCom does not handle them.

Is there any program now that will accept TMG witnessed events? I
have exported from TMG to every program I know about that has witness
capabilities and haven't found one that imports them. So, you're
absolutely correct, the ability to import TMG witnesses would be a
great selling point.
