Sometimes it is necessary to create a GED 5.5 from Legacy rather than using
the default. Here is an example of an Outline from FTM 2006 started with a
Legacy 5 GED 5.5 file. Some areas of Canada have NO counties and the Legacy
Geolocation list is missing essential counties for provinces that do have
sources organized by county.

Legacy 5 August 9 build was missing some individuals (siblings of Frederick
Goas born in , , Pennsylvania) in the GEDCOM focus group. I just found there
was an August 10 build with no mention of August 9 in the Revision History.
