To all who answered my question re my customer number, thank you for your help. It turned out both numbers I had were customer numbers, but one was the old version 4 number. I didn't know one could find the customer number under the Help menu. I've now located it and it's the same as one of the numbers I have written down. I'm really looking forward to downloading vs 6.0. Patricia
