Bert, 655 meg of ram, you probably have a bunch of background stuff running that you might be able to close and improve performance. Another thing to check is whether the driver for your graphics card is current. Legacy 6 is bigger than 5 but with the amount of memory you have it shouldn't even be obvious to you. I'm running one computer with 384meg with XP and it is really fast. On my old box with 512meg and Win2000, it is super fast. I tried it on my wife's Pentium 3 with 384meg and WinME and it ran slower but definitely not what I'd call a problem.
