In an earlier response to Elisabeth I wrote ...

The books I first built were ancestor books and the index was fine with no duplicates.

I'm not sure why you told me to do this but I did ... Ancestor Chart from me and Descendant Book from my grandfather. The overlap names were repeated in the index: one entry with the RIN's and one entry without the RIN's. My Descendent Book was set to RIN's but my Ancestor Chart was et to no RIN's.

Hmm ... So I set both chapters to show RIN's. No more name index duplicates. Then I set both chapters to not show RIN's. Still no duplicates.

There are a few Publishing Center issues to resolve ...

And then I added a Pedigree Chart to that same Book. It ran fine.

Deleted all USR files. New test using uninstalled/reinstalled Legacy 6 has

Is there any way to remove blank pages from the PDF file or must every
Legacy report and chart start on an odd numbered page? Someone sent a sample
with descendant report on the back of the title page.

I ran the reports as Elizabeth reported and got the same results she
did, I think. I and my parents were listed twice with a single page
number each time.
