The password is just to begin the installation. To unlock the Deluxe features you will need the v6 customer number which you have received or will receive by email ... Look for an email with the subject "Here is your Legacy 6.0 Deluxe Customer Number".

Just a few months ago I purchased the Deluxe program, User Guide 5.0 & CD's. Thus much about how this system works is unclear.
Is it a constant drain on the pocketbook?

(1) - I ordered online the download for V6 DELUXE UPGRADE. I was sent the SAME password as for my v5? How do I get the 6.0 password?

" Make certain you enter the password exactly as you received it. In addition, a Legacy 5.0 or earlier installation password won't work for Legacy 6.0."

(2) - Does the UPGRADE Deluxe V6 also need the customer number?

For V5 - the password and customer number were BOTH sent in the same e-mail but ALL I was sent by e-mail for the v6Deluxe Upgrade was a password - no number. (my credit card was valid and accepted)
The order sheet does not reveal anything about needing the number.

The following says nothing about the UPGRADE needing a number:

(3) - I wanted to order the new USER GUIDE until I saw the additonal $7.00 shipping cost. Surely this is a mis-print, isn't it?

* Media mail for 1 pound is $1.42
Even Priority Mail (INCLUDES the priority mailing ENVELOPE) is only $3.85
