My version 6 defaults to the Ancestor Chart with RIN's but they can be turned off.

Try the DEFAULT settings for Legacy 6 reports and charts in a book with an
index. REPORTS include RIN numbers in the index and CHARTS like Ancestor
Chart do not include RIN numbers.

Pedigree as the only book item in a new Legacy 6 book using Asa Brown from
the sample file has a blank page. Run File Maintenance, start a new book.
Add Pedigree for David Brown -- chart looks okay.

Close Legacy 6 and reopen the file, Pedigree in the book has DISAPPEARED.
The Pedigree Chart problem has been confirmed by one list participant.

My lockup problem using WinXP with 1 GB RAM might have been associated with
too many windows open besides Legacy 6. I tried to experiment with Legacy
when Acrobat Reader was open with a census page and Excel spreadsheet was
open with a database-in-progress. -- Elizabeth
