Hi
Thankyou for your prompt email. I did read this section before I sent my
email.
However, I am confused I did all the things your mention, with the exception
of this below, as on reading it, I thought it relates to Version 7 of
Acrobat.
Please download the VSPRINT7.ocx file from
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/_downld/controls/VSPRINT7.ocx and save it in the
Legacy folder on your hard drive.
Next download the Vspdf.ocx file from
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/_downld/controls/Vspdf.ocx and save it in the
Legacy folder on your hard drive.
Next with the RIGHT mouse button click on this link: Legacy.exe.local and
select Save Target As on the popup menu.
Then in the Save As dialog box change the Save in location to the Legacy
folder on your hard drive and click Save.
NOTE: Windows may add a .TXT extension to Legacy.exe.local when it is saved.
When this happens the problem is not fixed. Browse into the Legacy folder
remove the .TXT extension by renaming the file.

I have version 5.5 is this a problem. I wonder why when doing all the other
things listed, it still did nto fix the problem.
Is there going to be an easy fix for this soon.
Ta
Gwen
PS Do I need to install the above files, and the remainder you mention?
Seems a large fix to me
