This has come up before and it really is not a viable thing for Legacy to do. For one thing, binders can differ by country - the European binders are of a different size with different numbers of rings in different positions.

Jon- I agree with you on manuals, it made it much easier to deal with. I actually still occasionally take the softbound ones to the local copy store and have them cut the binding off and 3 hole punch it if there is enough of a margin :) and hubby has them spiral bind books that he knows he'll access
enough to wear through the spine on. :)

Years ago, I'm dating myself here, users manuals  were loose-leaf and
drilled
for either a 2-ring or 3-ring binder.  I wish  the manual was in
loose-leaf
form drilled for either a standard 2-ring or 3-ring binder. That way one
can
insert notes of relevant material within the  manual.
