Hi Pati, You can set Outlook Express to include the original message when you reply. I used Outlook Express for years - but changed to Outlook a few weeks ago, and guess what - I can't remember exactly where you choose this option in Outlook Express. Thanks to all who gave directions. In Outlook Express 6 when you hit the reply button there is only a blank writing area--nothing to delete. I can't find any controls for what appears on the reply screen so I guess it's automatic.
