You can globally change the case of the letters of names.  This is done from
Options > Customize > Data Format.


Converting Mixed-Case Entries
By default, name and location entries that have been entered as mixed-case,
such as Van Vleck or de Bruun, are not converted to Initial Caps when you
click the Apply button and answer Yes.  If you want these mixed-case entries
to be converted, select the Convert entries that are already mixed-case
option before clicking Yes.  If you are converting the format to UPPERCASE,
all the entries are converted, even the mixed-case entries.  The only way to
get back the mixed-case entries in this case would be to restore from a
backup.
