Sherry, I use Outlook 2000 and at the time it was happening, I had a series of emails from different people that I had received on some Australian research. It happened with every one of them. I did a "repair" and it made no difference.
I found that I couldn't edit the email contents once they were in Legacy (ie the delete key or backspace key did nothing and if I tried to "copy and paste" a part of the email from the research notes into the general notes, I again got the whole email. As soon as I tried a save I got that error. Last night I rebooted the machine and now I can't reproduce the problem. I have gone back and repeated the process exactly this morning and all is fine. Maybe Windows had been running for too long and got a bit mangled? I just did a copy/paste from your email to the Research notes. I have Outlook 2003. Do you run into the problem with other notes? Is it with *every* email or just certain ones? I've never had problems before with doing this. Error 32011 isn't on the list of errors on the web site.
