Jim, A couple of users have reported this problem. My recommendation has been two things:
First delete the ProbsList.usr file from the main Legacy folder. Then uninstall Legacy and reinstall with the latest build, making sure you have all other programs shut down and your anti-virus software disabled when doing the reinstall.
