Hi CG,
You can install v6 over the top of v5. Though it's recommended that
you don't, many have done so without problems. Your v6 customer
number will be different to your v5 number and so you will need to
unlock the Deluxe features of v6 by going to Help > Unlock and enter
your new number.
The latest version is on the web. If you use the CD, you will
immediately need to update from the web as there have been some
important bug fixes. If you've unlocked the Deluxe version, you can
do this from the new Legacy Home Tab.
The directions about where to find things on the Web Page are no
doubt messed up because the Web Pages have been redesigned. If you
decide to download the latest version to install it, try the drop
down menus at the top of the web page for download or the download
button towards the bottom of the page.
The Standard and Deluxe version downloads are identical - the
difference is entering your code to unlock more features.
Unless you update from the web, downloading the full update gives you
the same file as downloading the program.

about if you have been using v.5 Deluxe. So, does that mean I don't
have to reinstall and I too can just unlock the Deluxe Edition of v.6?
Does that mean I shouldn't uninstall v.5 first? Am I missing
something? If there is someone else who also received the CD and was
using v.5 Deluxe, would you please let me know just what I am to do?
