Ahh-ha! That'll work! Many thanks, Cathy!

Hi Sharron,
In the Report Options for the Family Group Sheet, on the Format Tab,
have a look at what you have checked.
You'll need Event Sentence Formatting.
The Columns won't have headers

Well, I spoke too soon. On a Family Group Sheet, the columns are
still in the old order, even after I have changed the Event
Sentences. The columns are still:
Name Description Date Location
Any other ideas so get that Description becomes the right column,
i.e., where the word Location currently is?
Thanks,
Sharron

Hi Cathy,
This does exactly what I was wanting to do. Thanks for the
lesson! I appreciate it!

Hi Sharron,
You can use the Event Sentences to display the event in this way.
It doesn't have to be a sentence.
This wouldn't give you the opportunity to change from List Style to
Sentence Style in reports as you'd be using the Sentence Style for
a customised List Style. However, it would give you output more
like you want. Don't forget to include [Sources] as part of your
definition.
Note that the Chronology View handles Events closer to your model.
My early thoughts,

Is there a way to customize the columns of the Events info? For
Instance, I would like for the Event Name to appear first (as it
currently does), followed by Date, rather than Description, viz:
Events
Name Date: Location: Description:
Will Pvn 1 Mar 1804 Wayne Co. IN
I hope these lined up correctly. In this example, the most
important information would appear first and other info would be
placed later in the line under Description.
Any thoughts?
Sharron
