I have used Legacy IGI lookup extensively. It definitely does give access
to the parents and spouses and allows data from them to be imported and
sourced with a simple click of the mouse. Look for the tabs for Individual,
Family, and Parents. It is much easier to get IGI information that what PAF
Insight provides.
