I was adding a Source from the Master Source List to a few hundred people using the "Enter" keyboard button to use the Default selections. When adding to one Individual, I know that I pressed "Enter" either too may times or at the wrong time. The consequence is that the Master Source List is now completely empty. Every Individual appears to have all their Sources showing properly under the Source icon of their "Individual's Information" screen, and if I choose to Edit a Source from there then all the information for that Source appears correctly. Saving the Edited Source, and/or Adding a New Source appear to work correctly, but after that the Master Source List is still completely blank. The new Source shows on the Individual's Information if I go back to Edit that Individual - so I assume it must be saved correctly. Going to Options > Customize > Sources > Master Source Defaults, and Resetting one of these appears to work correctly, reporting back that 149 (which is the correct number as I remember it) Sources were Reset. I have done the following a) Rebooted the computer b) Uninstalled and re-installed Legacy 6 c) Check Repaired d) Master List Cleanup e) Restored from a backup in various combinations, and none of them make any difference.
Just my luck for the Legacy Staff to be off on a Cruise. I guess I shall have to wait a couple of weeks unless anyone has any brilliant suggestions?
