Hi, Not sure how long this problem has existed... I've just noticed a discrepancy in a family file.
I have a database containing nine hundred and seventeen (917) individuals, eight (8) of whom are unlinked. This is definitely correct, plus each one is reachable to peruse or edit. RIN numbers are consecutive and correct. However my Name List only shows a total of eight hundred and ninety-four (894). If I go to Search, then Find, and tick on Unlinked individuals in Entire Family File, then click Create List, the list shows only two (2) unlinked persons instead of the above-mentioned eight (8). If I go to Potential Problems and create a report, nothing shows. Why the total difference? Please, can anyone suggest what's gone wrong and how to fix?
