Now the name list works, but whenever I open Legacy I see a message that
says the Dictionary files for English - United States could not be
found. I followed the directions to download, but these files are supposed
to be installed with the program and cannot be downloaded separately.

Using Legacy Deluxe Build 70. Trying to view the Name List either with
the button or the drop-down menu freezes Legacy. The only thing I can do
is exit using the Task Manager, which says the program is not
responding. The Marriage list and Picture Manager work fine, as does
