Most, if not all of the settings in Options > Customise are saved in Legacy.usr
It's a good idea to save a copy of the Legacyx.usr files (and other usr files) when everything is working smoothly for you. Occasionally one gets corrupted or you reinstall the program and you can recover your settings by copying these saved usr files to the Legacy Program folder.
