Ok thanks, now I see what happens. Legacy never should change the default!

I saved a data file to C:\temp. Now close that file and open a file in your
default folder. Now close that one and open the one you just saved in
C:\temp. Now look at Options > Customize > Locations. Your default location
has been reset to C:\temp.

The default location entered by the user should only be changed by explicit
action of the user.

This is not the way I expect a well behaved Windows program to work.
