Copy the file to the c:\Legacy\Data folder on your hard drive and open it
from there.

It says there are no records to import (when using the "import from."  
It seems to be doing something when I restore (it "converts" the file and
seems to finish but there is nothing there). 

The file is .fdb (for those who asked). 

I am trying to restore this from a floppy disk.
