If they ever do this I hope that it is an option in Customizationand not
something permanently turned on.   I for one don't need it or want it.
My location list is long enough with over 5000 locations without multiplying
one town into a thousand Local Field possibilities.
The address list is sufficient for me.  What the location list needs is
better manageability - the ability to filter the list to show only tagged,
or verified entries, or locations with a certain word (state, county, city)
or beginning, end, or partial syllable.
