Publishing Center allows multiple reports but I wouldn't call each report a "chapter" for a Legacy 6 book. My idea of a chapter in a family book is a collection of reports, charts and picture pages for each family group.
Output for a family book requires many data entry decisions early in a project and pictures planned the "right" size. My goal is a single PDF file around 100 pages that relatives can take to a printing service rather than a CD-ROM file to read on a computer screen. I want them to see the names of relatives in the census pages (cropped) not just read names of family members in notes or source text. Word processor files do not always print the same way when moved to a different computer or a printer with different margins.
