Second, the backup multimedia files message comes up after you do a backup of your data file. It is not a prompt that comes up when you exit Legacy. You can however turn on a prompt to back up your data file when you exit. Go to Options/Customize/Other and click on the button under message boxes. The third choice on the prompts/reminders tab is the one you want turned on to prompt for backup on exit. Note though that the only way to get the multimedia backup prompt is to d a manual backup of your file. The backup on exit does NOT prompt for multimedia backup.
