Make sure you have an unused Tag Number.

Open the Master Location List and Sort Right to Left or whatever other sort will bring all your Callaway County, Missouri locations together.
Highlight this group and then use Show List.

Tag this list on your unused Tag Number.

Go to Name List and Search for all Tagged on that number.

Print from the Name List/Search List and set up the columns as your Index View or however seems best for your purpose.

Cathy

Is there a way to print the index view? (I use legacy 5 deluxe, latest/last build.)

Let me explain what I'm trying to accomplish, in case someone has a better
suggestion!

The majority of persons in my Legacy database lived and died in Callaway County Missouri USA. We're making another research trip to that county this month. We'd like a list of all persons by (Last name, first name) with spouse name etc. - if
we could print the Index view that would be perfect. We'll use that while
researching obituaries and court records.

We'd also like a list of persons by burial location. For example, everyone we
know to be buried in Pioneer Cemetery, Callaway County. I *think* we can use the
location report after reversing the sort on the master location list. Generate
preview and print the page range corresponding to that county. Correct?

Thanks for the help,
