Hi Mike,

In addition to the page recommended by Rodney ( and he has an excellent site using this method) you may like to look at http://www.geocities.com/turkel.geo/GED2WWW/g2hcompare.htm

this gives a comparison of software for converting from GEDCOM to html. I have not used any of them and none seem to be capable of meeting my requirement which is for a pedigree style. Nevertheless it could be of help to you.

Ron,

Yes, I guess CSS is the way to go, as Dennis also suggested. This would let me tweak other things besides the font.

I'll have a look at PSPad for modifying the files Legacy generates. Thanks for the pointer.

An alternative that Cyndi Howells discusses in "Planting Your Family Tree Online" is to create a GEDCOM file, and then use a GEDCOM to HTML converter. But she gives a list of 20 of these without recommending any one in particular. At the moment I have no idea whether this line is worth pursuing. Do you (or does anyone else)?
